Gadgets AND Portable Electronics Blog

Everything about Gadgets and Portable Electronics

In the kitchen where i work there is already one video camera in the main kitchen that videos the majority of the kitchen and the exit door for security.

this camera is due to be replaced and also another camera added to film another part of the kitchen where there is no security risk and the only reason i can see for it is to check if people are working!

Also both new cameras will be equipped to record sound?

Is it legal to record video and sound in the workplace?

What are the rules or restrictions?

Is there any goverment guidelines?

By the way this is for the U.K!

That is totally strange as why would they want volumes also and another camera if they have one already. Is the owner and bosses all paranoid or having some issues to do all this as it’s like spying to me.I don’t know the legal aspects of it but surely look this crap up and good luck with this company…
