Classic Game Room HD reviews TRICOLOR for iPod, a no-frills puzzle game that plays like a combination of Columns and Tetris. Tri Color for iPod is a game where you line up colored blocks in rows and then make them disappear and score points when you line up more than 3. We’ve seen this kind of game before but Tricolor mixes it up just a bit with a few elements that seem to combine Columns and Tetris. It plays as it should, looks clear and easy to follow and is extremely bare bones and affordable. Tricolor is a puzzle game video game app for iPod Touch and iPhone, Tri Color can be downloaded from iTunes. TRI TRI COLOR COLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OUR CHALLENGE: GUESS HOW WE DID THIS. This clip was shot on an I8910 HD phone, a new camera phone just released by Samsung with an 8 megapixel camera that can actually record and output video in HD format. It was shot in one take, with no post production or special effects of any kind. Everything you see here was done “in-camera”. Our challenge to you is to figure out how we did it. Hint: it’s worth watching in HD…

Classic Game Room HD reviews STEAL PRINCESS for the Nintendo DS from Atlus, not to be confused with Steel Princess or Remington Steele Princess or Steeel Princess which would be right out because no word has 3 e’s in a row, not even Eek. This CGRHD review of Steal Princess for Nintendo DS has gameplay footage from Steal Princess, solid as steel if the princess was Steel Prinecss made from Steel. CGR shows game play as Steal Princess fights her way through 150 different puzzle style levels. Fight bad guys, end bosses and solve puzzles in this cute, Japanese anime style game with people with purple hair and HUGE eyes. Atlus frequently brings well made, cool games over here (to US of A) and while Steal Princess isn’t my favorite game it delivers puzzle action and time solving awards, a map making mode and the ability to share maps over wi-fi to another Nintendo DS. Pretty neat. Steal Princess is on Nintendo DS and steal’s gems and stuff from bad guys to pay back a debt before she is encased in steel and sunk into the ocean.
