One plug your PSP to your Computer. 

once the computer detects it. Go ahead and Open the PSP memory card. 

Second, Brose to a folder call Videos

inside this folder is where you are going to add your PSP Movies you have which is in MP4 format. 


If your video does not play, Here are a few things you could check

Make sure your video is MP4 format. A lot of users think it is when it turns out is not. 

Some PSP had a hard time seeing long file names, Try only to add a short video tittle with no spaces if available.
