Is there a portable gps that I can carry and visitors to my website could see where I am?

I am planning a European Bicycle tour and am wondering if there is anything i can carry with me so that people would be able to log into my website and see where I am in the world on a map view?

You need a mobile phone that has GPS, a data plan and can run Google Latitude.

With that, other people can follow you on their like equipped smart-phone or computer.
