    Um . . . actually …
Um . . . actually it does. It’s words on a page, get it? Once the book dries off from the water or cools down from the fryer, the words are STILL THERE. Even oil stains from a deep fryer wouldn’t render a book useless, it would just make it kind of icky. Books can outlast just about any damage and still serve their essential purpose.

I gave my opinion because I happened to see the video. I don’t care if you buy this retarded product, by all means waste your money (in a recession no less).

    I’ll knock it …
I’ll knock it plenty because there’s nothing wrong with books and reading! People have been cooking great meals out of books for centuries. You don’t have to “drop what you’re doing”, you just keep the recipe book someplace handy and don’t have to worry about it never working again if you accidentally knock it off the counter onto the floor, into the sink or down a deep fryer!

  23. Roxxxxxxxbottttter Says:

    Don’t knock it …
Don’t knock it until you try it. Instead of dropping what you’re doing to check the recipe, they give you audio instructions and you give verbal feedback when you want it to continue.

  24. Roxxxxxxxbottttter Says:

    Because its not a …
Because its not a game. A more astute question would be why would you spend money on a cookbook??? Because you want to prepare a dish with your hands and enjoy said dish.
