I don’t think Any Pokemon can learn every move….
Mewtwo can’t learn Payday.
I tried teaching it Payday in Pokemon Yellow…It would’ve been gold to teach that!!!!

Not really, If I choose a pokemon that has type adventages as a lead against most OU pokemon and you select one of those “under-adventaged” pokemon (against my type, obviously) You’ll feel forced to change your pokemon, and I’m mostly like use swords dance / dragon dance. Remember dragon dance is also boosts Speed! a Facade/quickfeet/toxicorb Ursaring is mostly like going to do swords dance in it’s first turn, since it gets the boost in the second turn and may outrun most pokemon.
