Is there anywhere to get T-mobile phones for cheap without a 2-yr contract?
My family is thinking of switching to a T-mobile family plus plan. The only problem is, since it’s not on a 2-yr contract, the phones are very expensive. Is there anywhere to get them cheaper, online or in a store, without agreeing to the contract?
Yes. A great place to go for phones, used or new is eBay. With T Mobile, you should be able to just put your sim card in your new phone. The only thing to really watch out for is, buy phones designated for T Mobile if you want to be positive it will work. Some phones from AT&T may work, as well as unlocked ones, but you’re safest with the "official" ones.

unfortunately there is not a way to do that if u want a lower phone on a phone try out Ebay or amazon and or a cell phone shop hope i helped you out =)
