Hi I have an iPod touch, and I recently got a new laptop. I have put all the music and films from my old computer onto my new laptop and imported it to iTunes. I want to use my laptop as the one I sync my iPod with, but it says it will erase everything on my iPod. I’m OK with it erasing my music and films, I can just put them back on, but will it erase my apps? If so how do I put them on my laptop?

If you directly click sync, it will erase all non-purchased music on your iPod and replace with the content of this new iTunes library.
But here is a solution. All you need is to get all existing music/videos from your iPod to this new computer and iTunes. Simply use this popular program called Tansee iPod Transfer

You may try this ipod transfer, it’s a nice iTunes alternative that can help you manage iPod files including delete, upload, play, copy, etc. It’s much easier to use than iTunes. It can also help you manage multiple iPods on one computer or manage iPod on multiple computers, even copy music and video from iPod back to computer or iTunes. So you will not lose your iPod files even though you switch to a new iTunes library. My friends recommend it to me, it works pretty well.

if you are jailbroken i believe there is an app on cydia called swaptunes, you can sync with another pc if you have this downloaded. hope this helps =)
