as you can see the screen is barely smaller (3.5″ vs 3.1″) and the a smaller device give you one-handed operation, left or right handed… thus making it EASIER to do things

u all need to stop …
u all need to stop being fans of the iphone and look at the facts…the ONLY thing that the iphone has over the pre is the app store and that will quickly change when the pre app store is fully up and running. it is linux based and there are thousands of applications in for software because linux is by far the easiest os to design on. I understand the palm is new and people are afraid of change but get over it. unless apple does something drastic in the coming months… THEY ARE NOW # 2!

chlee0902, what do you mean. So like every phone with a full keyboard will be disgusting after a few months. o it is called cleaning it, or make sure you have clean hands before using it. How hard is that? You just don’t like the fact that may be the Palm Pre is better then the Iphone.

Why does he keep saying the quick launch icons on the Pre are not customizable? All you have to do is open the launcher and drag icons on and off the bar. Very easy.

you may need to say more since a Pre’s 3MP camera is better quality, and faster shutter speed (you can take more pics faster) than iPhone’s 2MP, and Sprint’s 3G is faster and cheaper than At&t’s

I grabbed a Pre on …
I grabbed a Pre on Saturday. I took it back. The call quality is not that good, signal strength is weak, and the battery life is horrible. The keyboard worked great. The ease of ending applications was nice, but I dont think it was much better than my instinct, or could not beat the Iphone that I have also

i dont think the pre is going to beat the iphone 3g once the os 3.0 is available
pre multitask ability is amazing but thats about it really
the camera 3 mp is worst that the iphone’s 2 mp camera
iphone have more apps than the pre
and the iphone is way more handsome than the pre…
lastly.. the pre runs only with the sprint( do i need to say more?)
