The only thing that a law may take issue with is that it's being monitored from a private residence and being that it's her own restaurant, she's probably within her rights. If the cameras were being monitored from the managers office, there would be no question whatsoever. The only areas where it would be illegal to have a camera would the the restrooms and a locker if you have one. Those are the only places where you have an expectation and right to privacy when at work. <br><b>References : </b><br> It’s most likely legal. It is impossible for the camera in the house to take pictures at another location. Did you mean to say the monitor?
